Position Overview

We seek a skilled Business Law Attorney to join our litigation and advisory practice. The ideal candidate will be experienced in business and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and general business counseling. The role involves representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial, as well as advising businesses on risk management and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities Business Law & Commercial Litigation

• Represent clients in business and commercial litigation, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Handle shareholder, partnership, and internal business disputes.
• Advise and litigate matters involving contract disputes.
• Assist clients in protecting and enforcing trade secrets and proprietary information.
• Manage complex litigation, discovery, and case strategy.
• Provide general business counsel on formation, risk management, contracts, and real estate/employment-related matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar membership.
• Experience in business law or commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively.
