We partnered with a law firm in the Riverside area seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with experience in Civil Litigation who are looking to advance their career in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of one or more years of experience in civil litigation.
• The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and is motivated by the rewards of growing their own practice and professional brand within the firm's supportive infrastructure.
• Must be willing to litigate across diverse practice areas, including but not limited to business litigation, probate litigation, and general civil disputes.
• Prepared to handle all aspects of the litigation lifecycle, from initial case assessment through resolution.
• Proven experience in developing comprehensive case strategies, conducting in-depth legal research, and drafting responsive pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
• Skilled in gathering evidence, managing written discovery, and executing the work of taking and defending depositions.
• Experience representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Prior trial experience or significant insurance litigation experience is a distinct advantage.
• Ability to translate complex legal strategies into actionable advice for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding courses of action.
