Senior In‑House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Position based on our campus in Madison, WI; relocation assistance provided.

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
• Strong academic and professional background
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
