ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Analyzes global markets for IT Services, servers, storage, backup, IT security, productivity software, remote monitoring services, hyperconvergence and IoT.
- Studies SMB and mid-Enterprise segments as well as vertical markets.
- Works with external analysts and manages research report gathering.
- Produces market reports and trend analyses.
- Presents insights from market data to assist the planning teams
- Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested.
- EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred.
- 4-8 years relevant experience.
- IT hardware, software and services market research, ideally beyond just the US.
- Data analysis and statistics.
