Amentum is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager for a large‑scale contract operated near the Riverside metro area. We are pipelining candidates for a future contract award.
Responsibilities- Establish and administer overall strategies and procedures for the cybersecurity function.
- Develop and implement a cybersecurity program in accordance with DoD standards.
- Evaluate cybersecurity risks regularly and promote cybersecurity awareness within the organization.
- Develop cybersecurity strategies and objectives, and create budgets/policies/procedures to support cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Seven (7) years of information technology experience with DoD efforts.
- Five (5) years of managerial experience with DoD efforts.
- Experience managing a dispersed workforce in support of securing an integrated network and a dispersed group of networks.
- Possess ITIL® v4 Managing Professional or a higher certification.
- Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance; US citizenship required to maintain the clearance.
- Advanced degree in information technology or a related field.
- The position is performed in a traditional office environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; type or write; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
