Assistant Clinical SupervisorThe Assistant Clinical Supervisor oversees RBTs/BTs and supervises in-home cases under the supervision of a BCBA. The Assistant Clinical Supervisor provides direct therapy to clients on their caseload; as well as training for parents and caregivers.
RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Clinical Supervisor in conducting assessments (ABLLS, ABAS-3, VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA)
- Assist Clinical Supervisor in developing individualized treatment plans (e.g., goals, objectives, and interventions) and monitor client progress towards goals.
- Prepares and reviews progress notes as needed to ensure compliance with company expectations.
- Report treatment results by interpreting, analyzing, and documenting data.
- Provide individual interventions by implementing and monitoring the ABA intervention plan and team.
- Assist with parent/family training.
- Attend team meetings and present data on clients.
- Consult with parents/guardians and work in coordination with the client’s school, doctors, and other therapy providers.
- Participate in educational opportunities: continuing education events, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and/or participating in professional organizations.
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, modified, or changed at any time at Shine Bright Network discretion.
Required:
Candidates must have a MA/MS degree and be enrolled in a BCBA program or be enrolled in a MA/MS program in applied behavior analysis, or hold a BCaBA credential.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Livescan Fingerprinting (FBI/DOJ) Clearance.
- Negative TB Test Results.
- Complete Employee orientation and training specific to Shine Bright Network.
- Be willing to be flexible with scheduling depending on the clinic/client needs.
- Desire to collaborate with team members.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Work a flexible schedule which includes traveling (driving a personal vehicle).
- Be able to stand, sit twist, kneel, bend-over, crouch down, and sit/play on the floor for extended periods of time as well as lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs without assistance from another adult.
Paid Training
BCBA Supervision towards certification without fees or contracts
Regular training, support, and mentorship from BCBA
Flexible Schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - 35.00 per hour
