If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team:

As a Unit Secretary, you will perform clerical duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology; ICD-10 coding, laboratory procedures and nursing policies; scheduling appointments for residents. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective care.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have

• Some medical knowledge
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn

Nice To Have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
