What You Will Do to Change LivesPeer Support Specialists engage, inspire, and facilitate meaningful conversations with members served to help them explore, create, and meet their recovery goals. They provide consultation to the team to promote Telecare s Recovery Culture as defined by the Telecare Recovery Centered Clinical System (RCCS), recognizing, understanding, respecting, and integrating each member s point of view and preferences into services and self-help programming.
They also respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills to support a least restrictive environment during emergencies related to mental health or addiction challenges.
Full Time:
Overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday. Expected starting wage range is $21.00 - $21.95. Telecare applies geographic differentials; starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Certified Peer Specialist Certificate
- Valid and current driver s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups

For full-time employees, 16.7 days in the first year - Nine paid holidays and shift differentials for hourly staff (6% for PM shift, 10% for Overnight shift); weekend shift differentials (5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, 15% for Weekend Overnight)

Lagos Crisis Residential Facility provides a peer-to-peer, community-based, recovery-oriented alternative to hospitalization. The 16-bed program offers short-stay residential services to adults ages 18-59 with severe and persistent mental health issues who need intensive support but do not require a locked program. Assessments, individual and group therapy, and person-centered counseling and training are provided in a supportive, home-like environment to assist clients in living successfully in the community.
