Position Summary

In your role as a Program Supervisor, you will provide multi‑platform supervision, including in‑home, school, center, and telehealth, for individualized ABA‑based therapy programs. Working under the mentorship of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your guidance and oversight will become a beacon of hope for those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other related disabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leadership and Supervision:
    Oversee individualized ABA programs, ensuring alignment with unique client needs.
  • Skill Crafting:
    Develop and implement skill acquisition plans that are personalized, targeted, and compassionate.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Behavior Technicians, building a support network that fosters success.
  • Progress Monitoring:
    Evaluate client growth, adjusting plans, and celebrating achievements through detailed reporting.
  • Family Communication:
    Engage with parents and caregivers, turning therapy into a collective journey towards progress.
  • Ethical Practices:
    Uphold client confidentiality, maintaining professionalism, and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Physical Engagement:
    Your hands‑on approach will involve various physical activities, ensuring alignment with behavioral intervention plans.
Requirements
  • Qualification:

    Master’s level, studying for BCBA or in an ABA master’s program (or equivalent in psychology with an ABA emphasis) within 6 months.
  • Experience:

    2 years in ABA, 1 year as an ABA supervisor, and 1 year of staff management.
  • Character Traits:
    Positive attitude, patience, perseverance, and a heart committed to child welfare.
  • Compliance:
    Background check clearance, up‑to‑date TB test results, and agreement to travel within the Inland Empire.

    Running, jumping, skipping – our work often mimics play, and your ability to engage in these movements will bring joy and progress to our clients.

    Being able to meet physical requirements based on specific behavioral intervention plans, ensuring alignment with individualized therapeutic goals.
