Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention) Infants & Toddlers (0–3) | In-Home Services
Abilities Pediatric Therapy is hiring OTs who want flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with families.
What We Offer- Choose your schedule & caseload (part time is 8-24 scheduled clients/week; full time is 25+ clients/week)
- Paid documentation time and report writing
- Supportive, collaborative team
- Growth & CEU opportunities
- Provide in-home early intervention therapy (0–3)
- Manage your caseload and scheduling indepenedently
- Complete timely, high-quality documentation
- Master’s or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Active California OT license
- Previous pediatric experience (at least 1 year preferred)
- Strong family-centered communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Early intervention experience
- Feeding/oral-motor experience
- Full-time
