Physical Therapist – Senior Care, Aged and Elderly
Location: Riverside, California
Relocation Assistance: Available
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
The Physical Therapist is a key member of the interdisciplinary team, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.
We are seeking Physical Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.

- Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop participant care plans
- Deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans
- Provide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional training of ADLs, and treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity
- Supervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)
- Provide training and instruction to staff, participants, and caregivers/families on the use and care of therapeutic equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred
- Two (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
Current CPR certification preferred - We are seeking Physical Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
