AB Staffing is looking for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year.

Openings in Elementary, Middle, and High School. Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. Contract through the 2025/2026 school year – 35 to 40 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar.

Pay: $2,975-3,150 per week DOE

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program. National and state certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate, and State License from the Department of Health Services with teaching credential. Valid Certificate of Clearance (COC) from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

Positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education. Experience in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred.

Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success. Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum-based materials and provide progress reports. Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems. Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals. Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.
