The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides, directs, and supervises all aspects of quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation to ensure the best outcomes. The SLP ensures patient care follows organizational guidelines, professional standards, and complies with Federal and State regulations.

The SLP advocates for patients and coordinates with internal and external teams to provide consistent care. Participation in quality assurance and customer service activities is also required.

• Master of Science in Speech/Language Pathology
• Licensure or Certification as required by State guidelines
• CPR Certification
• 1 year Speech/Language Pathology experience preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in a residential/assisted living or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Students in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) will be considered
