Manufacturing Controller

We have been exclusively engaged by a fast-growing, privately held food and beverage manufacturer seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations across one of the subsidiary business units.

• Lead the monthly close and ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant reporting.

• Oversee cash flow, AR/AP, and inventory management.

• Strengthen cost accounting and margin reporting for better business insight.

• Manage and develop small accounting teams across both locations.

• Implement process improvements and drive consistency across entities.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally in manufacturing or multi-entity environments.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Someone who can take the bull by the horns — proactive, organized, and confident managing competing priorities.
