You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training are provided on the job.
• Communication skills – ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical ability – add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make rapid, precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.

• Standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, and reaching are required at various tasks.
• Forward bending at the pizza assembly station and front counter; crouching/squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Eye‑hand coordination is essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and varying temperatures (36°F–90°F+).
• Temperature shifts in work area and while outside.

• Deliver product by car to customers.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
