Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

About the Role:
Join a leading electric vehicle and truck manufacturer serving commercial clients across the country. We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our client's Aftermarket department. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between the sales team, engineering, and clients—ensuring accurate lead times, resolving issues with discontinued parts, and supporting online bids and RFPs.
This is a high-visibility role with long-term potential. You’ll receive ongoing product training—including how our trucks are built—to help you speak confidently with clients and internal stakeholders alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional customer service to internal teams and commercial clients
- Communicate part availability and lead times to the sales team
- Handle requests involving discontinued parts by working cross-functionally with engineering and other departments to find solutions
- Support online bidding systems and assist with RFPs (training provided)
- Participate in hands-on training to learn how electric trucks are designed and manufactured
- Maintain organized account documentation and follow up on inquiries promptly
- Help drive a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales (aftermarket, auto, or trucking industry a plus)
- Strong written communication and critical thinking skills
- Excellent follow-through and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable researching and troubleshooting issues independently
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and drama-free in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn and grow in a technical, evolving industry
