* Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, mechanical/electrical engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline.
* Experience:
10+ years progressive leadership in healthcare Facilities, life safety, and building systems engineering.
* Demonstrated mastery of hospital utility systems, including emergency power, chilled water, steam distribution, BAS/EMS, and medical gas.
* Expert knowledge of NFPA codes, ASHRAE standards, NEC, FGI Guidelines, OSHA, EPA, and state/local healthcare regulations.
* Mastery of system redundancy, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis methodologies.
