We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Civil Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise and passion to a company that values growth, creativity, and dedication. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of civil infrastructure projects.

• Develop high quality, detailed civil engineering design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Manage and execute all phases of complex infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction.
• Perform detailed calculations for stormwater management, grading, and sewer systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams, including coordinating with other engineering disciplines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Prepare and present project reports and findings to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant design software.
• Extensive experience in stormwater management, grading, and sewer systems.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
• Must possess a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
