Position OverviewHDR is seeking a Geotechnical Business Class Lead to oversee national engagement in deep foundation design and construction, focusing on developing a cohesive geotechnical community of practice in the southeastern US (FL, AL, MS, TN, SC). The role involves representing HDR to clients, developing technical expertise, building strategic relationships, and supporting growth and staffing in geotechnical engineering.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreferred: PE registration in AL, FL, MS, SC, TN within 6 months, extensive experience in geotechnical engineering, advanced knowledge in rock and soil mechanics, proficiency in geotechnical software, and a Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, at least 10 years of experience, professional registration, leadership experience, and a commitment to HDR’s values and culture.
