Aviation Flight- Faculty

Position Summary

The Department of Aviation Science at California Baptist University invites applicants capable of teaching courses in Aviation Flight and/or Aviation Management.

Pay Range:
The compensation for this appointment will range from $110,000 – $130,000 annually and reflects what California Baptist University reasonably expects to pay for this faculty appointment. Actual compensation may vary based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant, as well as market conditions.

• For courses in Aviation Flight: possess FAA Advanced Ground Instructor (AGI) Certificate or Certified Flight Instructor.
• For either major: hold a master’s degree in Aviation/Aeronautics or a related field.
• Have some degree of aviation industry experience.
• Have a desire to work in an entrepreneurial setting within a growing aviation program.
• All faculty members are professing Christians who are actively involved in a church.

• Teaching responsibilities in the undergraduate program of Aviation.
• Specific course assignments will be dependent upon qualifications and availability.
