Swim Instructors - Riverside Pool

CLM is seeking dedicated and professional Swim Instructors to join our Swim Magic team. We are committed to delivering high‑quality aquatic education that builds confidence, skill, and a lifelong love of the water.

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality lessons by following the Swim Magic programme and established lesson plans.
• Engage positively with children and parents, providing clear instruction and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate professionalism by arriving prepared, in correct uniform, and ensuring any required shift cover is arranged and approved.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current with CLM policies, procedures, and programme updates.
• Support the wider team by communicating effectively and contributing to a positive, community‑focused environment.
• Uphold CLM values by bringing enthusiasm, energy, and a commitment to helping every swimmer succeed.

Permanent part time 2‑10 hours per week with the potential to increase hours.
