Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant with strong medical knowledge and excellent organizational and time management skills to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders, providing compassionate care and expertise. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the candidate will demonstrate proficiency in organizing and managing patient caseloads. Prior experience in Neurology required. Minimum one year experience required.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders, including but not limited to headaches, seizures, dementia, dizziness, stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease.

· Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.

· Counseling patients on neurological disorders and their background.

· Ordering neurological tests.

· Prescribing and/or administering treatment and medication.

· Monitoring the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication.

· Ordering supportive care services for patients.

Qualifications:

· Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

· Current certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant.

· Active state medical license and DEA registration.

· Strong medical knowledge and clinical skills in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a clinical environment.

· Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
