Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, processing orders, managing client inventory, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Range: $20–$24/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, four-day work week

Employment Type: Temporary (Covering Mat Leave)

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Process and manage customer orders, including sales orders, packing slips, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of customer transactions.
• Communicate proactively with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and provide updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up.
• Monitor and maintain client inventory stored.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent follow‑up skills and customer focus.
• Ability to stay organized and productive under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in general computer applications; experience with Epicor software is a plus.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a self‑managed team.

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting required.
• Prior experience supporting supply chain or order fulfillment processes preferred.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and phone.
