Wholesale company located in Riverside is seeking a customer service representative / data entry clerk. The position will be part time with the possibility of full time. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
Responsibilities- Answering phones
- Greeting & assisting customers with orders
- Order Entry/Invoicing
- Payments
- Account Maintenance
- Filing/Copying/Shredding
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to navigate office equipment
- Phone skills & professional demeanor is required
- Self Starter
- Quick learner
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual preferred (but not necessary)
- Customer Service experience preferred but not required
