Job Summary

Part Time Auction Support Specialist (Manheim) – Cox Automotive Inc.

• Utilize the AS400 system to record lane and Simulcast bid amounts, enter customer data, process all sold units, and verify/enter lights.
• Work with the auctioneer virtually to verify that system information accurately represents the vehicle.
• Verify vehicle run order to ensure the appropriate vehicle is being keyed and sold.
• Operate monitor virtually, work with the auctioneer to review Simulcast bids.
• Provide arbitration and other vehicle announcements to support the auctioneer.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Generally less than 2 years of experience.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear.
• Ability to lift 1–10 pounds.
• Vision requires close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Occasional exposure to fumes, odors, and weather conditions.

Hourly base pay rate: $17.69 – $26.54 per hour. Rate may vary within the anticipated range based on location and candidate qualifications. Position may be eligible for additional compensation such as commission and/or incentive programs.
