Brief

Description:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for possible new business.

• Sales and customer service duties related to auto insurance policies
• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding customer policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and taking vehicle pictures as required
• Bank deposits as part of routine duties
• Position is full time
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
