Valet Living is searching for a detail-oriented, results-driven Solutions Implementation Specialist to ensure successful client onboarding and service launches. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Client Experience, this role is the quarterback for new client communities, bridging pre-sale evaluation with operational execution to deliver seamless transitions and long-term client success. Compensation

& Work Environment Details
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $72,500
  • Bonus Target: 6% of salary
  • Location: Open to candidates located in Southern California
  • Travel: 40% required (frequent travel 3–5 days per week within territory; periodic travel outside market 2–3 trips per month)
What You’ll Do:
  • Pre-Sale

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Sales and Operations during prospecting and proposal development to assess community requirements, design tailored solutions, and align stakeholders.
  • Service Analysis: Evaluate waste bills, container setups, and pickup schedules to develop right-sized service plans that optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Implementation Leadership: Serve as the primary lead for new community launches, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive a smooth launch.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage launch project plans, ensuring clear expectations, timely handoffs, and alignment across functional teams.
  • Regulatory Review: Work with Legal and Compliance teams to evaluate community-specific mandates or laws that may impact services and communicate findings to clients.
  • Onboarding Execution: Facilitate service onboarding through kickoff meetings, system setup review, service valet & porter training, and early-stage performance monitoring.
  • Client Engagement: Lead or support client check-ins and waste reviews within the first 30 to 90 days of launch to validate satisfaction and adjust services where necessary. Engage with the client through interviews, gathering pertinent information required for the services provided.
  • Continuous Improvement: Capture and share implementation insights to refine proposals, service models, and cross-functional workflows.
What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Three to five years of experience in sales engineering, implementation, operations, or client-facing consulting.
  • Direct experience in waste services, logistics, or multifamily operations is a plus.
Skills & Strengths
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across Sales, Operations, Product, and Client Success teams.
  • Analytical capability to interpret operational data such as invoices, service schedules, and container configurations.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Knowledge of waste services, logistics, or multifamily operations is preferred.
  • Practical problem-solving ability with customer empathy and critical thinking.
