We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting both deadlines and quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and keep everyone aligned on project goals.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
• Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage project documentation and ensure information is organized and accessible
• Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
