Job DescriptionElevare Branding is seeking a highly organized and motivated Service Account Coordinator to support and manage client service operations. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams and clients, ensuring service delivery is efficient, accurate, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day service activities for assigned client accounts
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication
- Monitor account progress and ensure services are delivered on schedule
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account updates
- Support account planning, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding new accounts and supporting ongoing service needs
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
