You will work closely with agents entering the office through school partnerships and referral pipelines, helping them learn proven systems, strengthen client communication, and build consistent habits that support long term success. At the same time, you will continue to sharpen your own skills, collaborate with other leadership members, and play an active role in shaping a professional environment focused on results, development, and sustainable growth.

Collaborate with leadership to strengthen systems and accountability - Participate in weekly coaching, training, and business planning sessions

- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
- Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
- Active state real estate license is required
- Ability to obtain a broker license if not currently held
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in residential or commercial real estate
- Demonstrated success in sales, listings, or client development
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to mentoring and helping others succeed
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and productivity tools
