Procurement Analyst 4 role at Inside Higher Ed

Full salary range: $84,100 - $154,700 annually (expected pay: $84,100 - $117,000 annually). Base salary offers based on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs.

• Perform complex purchasing duties in accordance with prescribed policies, procedures, and defined instructions.
• Operate within a customer-service oriented environment with a strategic focus on Facilities Purchase Orders, including equipment and hardware, software, and services for the Information Technology Services group.
• Source, manage suppliers (Supplier Relationship Management), and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct formal bids, manage supplier performance, and lead complex purchasing negotiations.
• Manage purchases of common goods and services as well as custom products for complex, technical transactions valued at $75,000–$100,000.
• Transact orders valued well above $75,000–$100,000 in coordination with or under the general direction of the Chief Procurement Officer.

• Current work authorization for a UCR staff position (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to comply with all applicable University policies and collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience/knowledge in procurement, supplier relationship management, and complex purchasing negotiations.
