Position Summary:
Responsible for managing payroll systems and procedures, including weekly payroll uploads to Paycor
. This role also performs the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
- Manage payroll system and related procedures
- Complete and upload weekly payroll to Paycor
- Perform full accounts payable cycle
- Process all vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of approved invoices
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- Part-time position starting at 3 days per week
- May transition to a 5-day work week based on business needs
