Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

What's Required to Succeed

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of A/P and A/R experience.
• Must have collections business to business.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort with digital tools.
• Strong organizational ability and task prioritization.
• Consistent, reliable, and confidentiality-minded.

How You Keep Things Moving

• Performs B-2-B collections activities via Phone/E-mail and collects on past due accounts.
• Requires strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Will represent the company in contacting customers regarding outstanding accounts.
• Write and send written business correspondence to customers.
• Apply customer payments.
• Deposit incoming checks online.
• Resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain Past Due Account Spreadsheet.
• Process credit card orders.
• Match Invoices to Purchase Order Receipts.
• Process A/P invoices.
• Interface with the Purchasing Dept on payable discrepancies.
• Process weekly check runs.
  
  Open mail / Filing / Sorting.
• Manage Daily Cash Spreadsheet.
• Typing & Data Entry Speed: 50 WPM.
