Oversee store opening and closing and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and operational readiness;
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience;
Plan/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement;
Support the store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience;
Train, coach, plan, monitor, and appraise results to drive productivity
