This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in the Boise Metropolitan Area. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing sales and inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, training and leading staff, and maintaining an organized and appealing store environment. The Store Manager will also focus on achieving sales targets and driving the success of their team through effective leadership and communication.

• Experience in store management, with a track record of achieving sales goals and operational excellence
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices to ensure product security and minimize shrinkage
