• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Maintain shelves clean, verify expiration dates, dispose of lesser‑quality food.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products into proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.

• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; steel standard guidelines; and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area per company policies: handle claims, returns, zoning, receiving, stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing, completing audits and documentation, securing fragile merchandise.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting purchasing, providing deli products, resolving issues, promoting company products and services.
• Follow policies for Freezer/Cooler area: comply with food handling, operate and sanitize equipment, follow Cold Chain procedures, clean area, monitor fans, drains, doors, and report issues.
