Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a Professional Educator Licensure (PEL) with PE (Physical Education) - Endorsement for Middle School (Grade 6th through 8th) and Health for Middle School (Grade 6th through 8th).
- Bachelor's Degree
- Successful Middle School Grade 6th-Grade 8th teaching experience preferred
- Demonstrated skill in diagnosing, prescribing, assessing student learning and appropriate record-keeping
- Demonstrated ability to implement varied classroom instructional strategies
- Educational vision for and experience with low-income and /or minority students
To be considered for this position, an applicant's file must be completed and must contain the following:
