Base pay range: $11.00/hr - $27.00/hr

What you’ll doJoin H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist. You’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future, build client relationships, and help clients with their needs in person, over the phone, or virtually.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Help ensure all client needs are met during service
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational and time-management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
