Qualifications- Strong communication and persuasion skills

- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a fast‑paced sales pipeline
- Sales experience is helpful but not required — drive and ambition matter most

- Meet and exceed sales goals for policies written, premium growth, and conversion rates
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide clear explanations of coverage options and guide customers through the buying process
