• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom

• Previous experience in a retail leadership role
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed business goals
• Experience with retail technology and systems
• Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members
