Riverwoods Behavioral Health is seeking Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive care to patients in our facilities. The RN team supports each other and delivers high‑quality outcomes.

• Assess and coordinate physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families.
• Provide nursing care within scope of practice per state and facility policies.
• Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and executed accurately.
• Continuously assess status and document pertinent information.
• Notify physicians of significant clinical changes.
• Complete admission and discharge processes efficiently.
• Demonstrate therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Provide direction or coordinate unit activities as directed.
• Communicate professionally with patients, visitors, and coworkers.

• Baccalaureate or associate degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of employment; eligibility to practice if not yet licensed.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience; psychiatric or mental health experience preferred.
• CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification (training available on hire).
• First aid as required by state or facility.
