BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and collaborative Technical Assistance (TA) Specialist / Education Program Specialist to support a national technical assistance initiative focused on K–12 education programs under Title I, Part
D. This role works closely with federal program staff, state education agencies, local education agencies, and grantees to design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality technical assistance, professional development, and capacity-building activities.
The TA Specialist / Education Program Specialist plays a critical role in translating federal policy and program requirements into practical guidance, facilitating learning opportunities, and supporting the dissemination of best practices to improve educational outcomes for students who are neglected, delinquent, or s position is contingent upon successful contract award to BeVera Solutions, LLC.
NOTICE – CONTINGENT POSITION:
This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate virtual technical assistance activities, including webinars, communities of practice, office hours, and online learning sessions.
- Provide direct technical assistance to state agencies, local education agencies, and program grantees in support of Title I, Part D implementation.
- Support the development, review, and dissemination of best practice resources, toolkits, guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with federal staff and project team members to identify technical assistance needs and align activities with program priorities.
- Assist with planning and delivery of professional development activities, including session agendas, presentation materials, and participant engagement strategies.
- Support documentation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of technical assistance activities, including participant feedback and outcomes.
- Contribute to coordination of national meetings, learning events, or other collaborative activities as required by the contract.
- Maintain organized records, materials, and documentation to support reporting, compliance, and continuity of services.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting federal, state, or local education initiatives, programs, or grants. - Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance, training, or professional development to education agencies or practitioners.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in virtual learning environments.
- Ability to translate policy, data, or research into practical guidance and actionable resources for education stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, and deliverables in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a background investigation or obtain a security clearance, if required by the contract.
- Experience supporting Title I programs, particularly Title I, Part D, or programs serving special populations in K–12 education.
