Overview
Our private upscale practice is seeking a dedicated and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will act as a liaison between patients and our dental professionals, ensuring that patients clearly understand their treatment options and financial responsibilities. You'll be responsible for scheduling consultations, assisting patients with financing, treatment plans, and providing outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Assist the dental team in driving patient satisfaction and treatment acceptance.
- Explain complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
- Coordinate scheduling, financing, and treatment plan presentations for patients.
- Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Dental office experience
- Proven experience in a sales or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Team player with a strong desire to help others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour plus monthly bonuses
