Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Realtor role located in Riverbank, CA. As a Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients with real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, preparing and presenting real estate market data, coordinating property showings, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process. You will also work to build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term trust and success.
Qualifications- Demonstrated expertise in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in local real estate market trends and regulations
- Self-motivated and able to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Real Estate or related fields is a plus
