We’re looking for an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza. If you are natural at leading, making sure everyone does what they need to do – even your boss – you might be the person we need. The job requires strong judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift: cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions, verbal communication with customers and co‑workers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for precise movements with speed.

• Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
• Exposure to fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F.
• Hot surfaces, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stack up to 72″ high, carry up to 30 lbs of sauce.
• Push or pull tram handles requiring up to 7.5 lbs force.
• Perform forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching above 72″.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, use of hands continuously.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within delivery area.

Stooping/bending, forward bending at the pizza assembly station, and other physical tasks are common during the day. Workers must manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard box assembly.
