This is a full-time, on-site and/or hybrid role for a Carrier Sales Representative based in River Grove, IL. The Carrier Sales Representative will be responsible for managing logistics operations and building relationships with carrier partners. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating rates, monitoring shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining communication with carriers, and delivering excellent service to meet client needs. The role will also involve developing and managing carrier accounts to build long-term partnerships.

• Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and understanding of logistics operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with carriers and clients
• Experience in building long-term relationships with carriers
• Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate rates and secure agreements with carriers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
• A results-driven mindset and problem-solving skills
• At least 1 year of experience as a carrier representative
