- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in elementary students.
- Developing and delivering targeted treatment plans to foster student progress.
- Monitoring and recording student outcomes regularly.
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to support integrated educational goals.
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and compliance activities.
- Maintaining current knowledge of best practices and evidence-based therapy techniques.
