This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Coordinator located in River Edge, NJ. The Marketing Coordinator will support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives by coordinating projects, managing content, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality marketing execution across all channels. This role works closely with attorneys and leadership to develop client‑focused content, maintain digital platforms, assist with events and thought leadership, and provide overall support as needed.

The coordinator is responsible for organizing workflows, tracking deadlines, and maintaining brand standards. Strong writing, project management, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.

• Must be able to address multi-task work assignments; communicate in a professional manner and be positive and effective; operate under pressure in a continuously changing/fast paced environment.
• Must have a high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and simultaneously in a collaborative team environment, as well as with all levels of internal personnel from senior partners to professional staff.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, is preferred.
• Familiarity with the legal or construction industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or related field.

• The listed salary range applies exclusively to candidates who will be working and residing in New Jersey if selected for the position. Final compensation will be determined by internal salary guidelines, market benchmarks, relevant skills and experience, educational qualifications, and certifications. New Jersey Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000.
