OverviewStarting at $25.19/hr on 1st shift and $28.44/hr on 2nd Shift!
Shifts are 4 days, 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday in many areas. Three-day weekends!
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn next semester’s tuition.
The Summer Help - Plant Assembly positions are full-time, temporary positions from May through August.
Perform mechanical and/or electrical assembly including wiring electrical components and assembling commercial laundry equipment. May perform various machine set‑ups or adjustment and may operate production machines in the course of working on production process. May provide instruction or work set‑up for less experienced production operators. May participate in routine testing or inspection activities as part of an assembly or production process.
Must be able to perform a variety of jobs.
You’ll have overtime opportunities to help you to save up all the money you can before you start a new semester!
Assembly Departments:
Monday – Thursday (Overtime Friday)
1st Shift: 5am – 3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm – 1am
Responsibilities- Follow work instructions and parts list
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week
- Ability to work first or second shift
- Meet the standards per the coordinator expectations
- Quality, Production, and Safety
- Flex / rotate within various positions when needed
- Team player; support our operation and your team
- Abide by the Employee Guidebook
What You Need To Succeed:
- Positive attitude with ability to function in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled
- High School diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
- Must be at least 18 years of age by start date
Our jobs require:
- Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
- Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
