** Inside Sales Representative**, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting our customers by generating accurate quotes, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of products. You’ll partner with outside sales to expand relationships, grow our customer base, and deliver excellent service. If you’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to contribute to a company that values teamwork and doing the right thing, we’d love to have you on our team.
Communicate effectively with customers, using PVF industry terminology and knowledge. Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or related roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
ERP system experience for order processing and management.
Strong communication skills with ability to use industry lingo confidently.
1–2 years of inside sales experience is a plus.
